Blood and Turpentine

The JourneyIts dark,  And I was wrong.  
The wind is not just howling and rustling,  It's gale force,  
And it's also making strange noises,  
Whispering when my back is turned,  
Just to scare me.  
 
It's raining,  
And the wind blows the drops into my eyes so I hold on to the hat on my head in an attempt to block out the noise and keep the drizzle from my eyes.  
I squint, barely able to see and the drips on my glasses have been smeared so the streetlamp appears as just a bright blurry spot in the darkness.  
 
Strange noises make me jump,  And a leaf flaps,   Desperate to esc The Journey

Late at nightLate at night when the wind howls,  
I think of you my love.  
 
I have a secret:  That wind scares me.  
 
The orange rose buds are blown about so violently,  
They fill me with a sense of urgency I do not understand,  
And cannot explain.  
 
These words pour from me,  With a similar sort of urgency,  
One I have not experienced in what seems like a very long time.  
Practically a lifetime in the heart and mind of a poet.  
 
I am restless tonight,  In a way I do not fully understand and  
In my head the howling and rustling of the wind through the trees &n Late at night

A thousand years ago  
I was able to live in the world without fear  
Of losing my mind  But now I'm slowly  Dying inside,  
Lying to myself and all those around me   
I tell them I'm fine,  
Just fine.   
Even though my mind is bleeding,  Everything that was good and pure and happy no longer exists   
I'm  
 
Sinking,  Shrinking,  Falling down,   
Falling through my own body  through the floor  Into the earth   
The warm, damp earth,  As the weak sun beats down on it Shrinking

The RoseShe picks flowers in the garden,  
The roses smell sweet as she ends their lives with her secateurs,  
She hums to herself,  One rose stands out brighter than the rest,  
It is an orange rose,  It is beautiful, she thinks,  She reaches out,  
She cannot help herself,  As she goes to touch it,  
To caress it's soft petals and inhale it's beautiful fragrance,  
It is almost hypnotic,  
As it gently sways in the cold November breeze,  She feels the chill on her bare arms and she shivers.  
Her attention returns to the rose,  
And her hand reaches nearer and nearer

^_^ Well as it says in the title, I <3 learning cafe iced coffee, hehe. For those of you who read this that know me quite well this will not come of a big suprise :giggle: So here I am in the learning cafe drinking my coffee and eating a very yummy chocolate moofin and not doing any work >.<

The main purpose of this journal is to take advantage of the free skin thing as I am running out of time to take advantage of it I thought I would take the opertunity to update my journal as I have not done so in ages..and here I am rambling as usual haha!

SO. Not much has happened really except lots and lots of work oh and I got pig aids a couple of weeks ago >.< Sigh, being a third year is not much fun most of the time as most of the time I'm working and then even when I'm not I'm thinking about work and feeling guilty that I'm not working! it's a horrible horrible cycle..but on the plus side there are good thigns too, it's not all doom and gloom I still get to see Nightwalker-Sama a lot and to hang out with cat and everyone at Nightwalker-Sama's game on Fridays which is fun.

Also, also I went to see New Moon on Sunday!! And twas really really good, so yaay :D

I am not going to attempt to do some sort of work, (and somethying very bizare just happened- I was t7ying and suddenly something dripped onto the keyboad *looks up at ceiling in a puzzled way*)

Ah well,
